An older friend has pigs tearing up his hay fields. He wants a scope with an on and off switch. No video's or distance info. SIMPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Needs to go out to 200 yards / AR15.

For 2k I think this will be best value. Tell him to call Jason at Outdoor Legacy Gear and he will get him set up. If he wants to spend a little more he can try to get an Apex at 2.5k but they were just discontinued so it might be hard to get.

Thermal is definitely the way to go. Will need a little budget bump though.

how do the thermals work during the day?

It works in the day time. It is not ideal but it works.
