    Rocking horse

Made the youngest a rocking horse for Christmas. I got the pattern online and traced it to 1/4in mdf. Cut out the mdf on the band saw and sanded each piece.

Next step was to rough cut each piece. That way I can attach it to the mdf and use the router with a flush trim bit. This made each piece come out really nice with only a little sanding.

Cut the rockers out of a larger piece instead of trying to bend them.

Sanded and edge routered each piece before gluing

I bought them off eBay, let me see if I can find a link. Or if I can find the paper plans I can send them your way.
