Turnovers and brain farts. Gets them every time. This team has hit its limit. They better retool "if monetarily possible". Or, hope the Warriors lose at least two of their best three after this season.

They suck. This was the year they had a chance. They choked the other night when KD went down and they chit the bed tonight at home. Never seen such lack of defense and lack of a presence in the paint... what happened to taking it to the hole and getting free throws at the charity stripe??? They had a 3 on 1 and tried to pull out for a three only to get zero points. Thatís an easy lay up all day every day!

Knew I shouldnít have watched any of this series since I didnít watch a single game all year....

Played to lose, and lost. Fundamental basketball skills, like boxing out was terrible. Very disappointing!

Their isolation game with either Harden or Paul keeps the other players uninvolved. The only real reason it even works is due to the way referees call so many touch fouls IMHO. Generally, a bit more contact while playing defense is allowed during the playoffs.

Same story different year... they're boring and have looked like the exact same team too long. Time to shake it up.

Me too! I was expecting a sweep! The best team won because they play as a team. They will make just about any team look bad.

They need a new Coach. He has never done well in the playoffs. He always does well in the regular season and fades away in the playoffs. That’s the story of his entire NBA career.

Golden State has kicked them out of the playoffs 4 out of the last 5 years. That will continue unless GS loses a couple of players after this season which might happen. I believe their entire starting line up are All Stars. I mean hell, what do you do?

Agreed, and greed is the issue--on Harden's part. He thinks he can carry a team, but it is obvious he cannot. Toss Paul in that equation and you have a recipe for losing and losing and losing.

If the Rockets choked, what is it that the Spurs and Mavs did this year? Going to need a word for that.

The 4 seed losing in 6 to the 1 seed two time defending champions is not choking. People throw that term around too much. They lost a series they were not favored in.

Harden caused this with his selfish, ball hogging, and then his not being able to make clutch shots, EVER.. That was hard to watch..
I caught myself screaming at the tube every time he would stand there and dribble the shot clock down to nothing and then throw up a shot, and miss, with a second left.. Pitiful..

Good grief Bob. A 4 seed at home, healthy, playing the 1 seed without the best player in basketball is choking . They were heavily favored last night. And would have been in game 7.

Thank you!!! Choking is when you're a heavy favorite and you crap the bed. If Houston had won the series it would have been because GS choked, as they obviously have a better team.

I said this exact thing when Paul came to Houston. Two guys together that donít really distribute the ball will always conflict in the end. Paul is good PG but harden took that option away imo. Iím just glad they are out of the playoffs. I do not like the style of b-ball the rockets play.

I dunno why guys are hating on harden. He did revert to the 3 point shots at the end but it wasn't like last year
This last game was 100%lack of effort under the basket. Capella looked like a scared child every time a pass got to him under the rim. He literally watched guys get the rebound in front of him. He kept finding himself on the perimeter guarding, and couldn't be a big guy defending under the basket. He literally contributed nothing but one steal and 2 easy lobs. Harden did his part,no one else got physical in their roles except Gordon and Tucker. No one got rebounds. I think Harden got his own rebound once. Best excuse I can think of is they were wore down. They just lacked physicality.

I miss the old school Celtics, Lakers, Knicks, Pistons, Bulls, and Rockets. Each time had a rim protector and enforcer. Made things very interesting.

When your two best players depend on exaggerated contact for 50% of their points and the refs start to swollow whistles later in the playoffs you arenít built to win.

Harden shoots more free throws than Allen Iverson or Shaq ever did. Iverson hit the floor more than any player ever, and they fouled Shaq on purpose.

It should have been a major giveaway when D'Antoni complained about the refs after game one. The rockets canít win without their help, because so much of their scoring depends on whistles.
