what's a good working budget?

So I'm looking for a budget system that works. I recently added a couple more bills and I'm not the best with money so I need a budget. What have yall used? And websites I can go to that you know of ? Thanks for any help

The best person to keep or make a budget is YOU. You are the only one who knows where you are spending your money. Write down & keep track of EVERY expense you have for a couple months. Then, build your budget around those numbers. You will quickly find where you can cut some expenses.

We went through Financial Peace with Dave Ramsey several years ago. I know some people agree/dis-agree with some of his ways but the budget format/spread sheet that came with this program was very simple and useful. I copied the paper budget we got onto an Excel spreadsheet and is very easy to use.
