You could check with a beer distributor to see who they use. Some of the bigger distributors have a neon shop in house.

There used to be a place off 1960 in Houston by Willowbrook mall. It's been 20 yrs or so ago. Lightbulbs unlimited I think? I realize it's not close to either of u guys or maybe worth a shot at googling them to see. Maybe they could recommend someone. Good luck w it..
