Default Hammer time

Brought my dad to the lake for some bulkhead action. Been fishing less than an hour and got a box full.

Fish fry Sunday

Thats awesome enjoy the time with your dad!

I went to livingston yesterday and caught a few. Shad are on the bulkheads but still slow on the fish.

The first 5 or 6 came on old bay seasoned leftovers.

Called it a day and left em biting. Go home, clean fish and take a nap. Gotta crawfish boil later.

Lol. The topless lady wasnt out today. Guess too many clouds.

Ended up with 27 solid fish. Far too many to clean alone. I need a nap

Nice haul Shane! Wish I had a dollar for every time I skipped school to fish Lake Conroe. I was the only kid at Conroe high school parking lot that had a Jon boat in the back of my truck most days.

Thee were so many shad in the bulkhead last weekend, 3 cast net tosses probably caught 300 shad. Fish early enough and hit the bulkheads near deep water and you’ll limit on hybrids also.
