Default Never know how much time is left... Live it to the fullest

I heard this afternoon that my cousin (39) unexpectedly died of a heart attack. He left behind 2 young daughters and his wife, who will be missing him the rest of their lives. Please say a prayer for his/our family and really take the time to enjoy those special moments that occur every day. Kiss your wife, hug your kids, and live life to the fullest.

Prayer for the family. I’m in the same boat, my cousin whom was more like a brother to me passed away Thursday night. He was 47 years old. Left behind 2 daughters and a son. Like you said, live life to the fullest and tell your loved ones how much you love them every day.

Prayers up, lost my uncle the same way. He had just had a full physical and was told he was as healthy as could be and two days later he had a massive heart attack. You never know when the lord's ready for you.

Hate to hear this. Praying for comfort for your family. I hate to say it but I know too well the pain of loss. Do everything you can to help them. Dinners are great. We received so many pre made dinners that we froze and lived off of for a month. Also delivery is a great idea. We received jimmy johns platters and they were great also. The last thing they will feel like is cooking and cleaning in these following days. Also wonít wanna get out of the house. Itís great to have the food there. Someone needs to go shopping for them, someone clean, someone do the laundry, everyone they will have over needs to stay with them. Felling loved and remembering they are still part of a larger family is very important. After the dust began to settle for us, it wasnít what people did that mattered, it was who was there for us.

OP- Never a truer statement. Sorry for your loss.

Just want to add that if you are a father and you do not have Life Insurance please reconsider. Lost a buddy recently who was self-employed. He had lots of toys & guns, but no life insurance. Nice fishing boat and a nice truck but no life insurance. Left his spouse with business debts, no money to keep the house, no money to survive. She has lost everything and is struggling just living and stays with friends & family trying to get back on her feet. Luckily the kids are old enough to fend for themselves. Term insurance is cheap and a responsibility if you have liabilities. I AM NOT a insurances agent. Have seen it too many times. On the other hand lost a buddy two years ago (54) who did have life insurance and his wife was able to keep her home, keep her vehicle and will be able to use it to supplement her income into and thru retirement. Just a suggestion because we never know when our time will come.
