I have a Lyfe Tyme smoker and they come with wooden handles. The old Lyfe Tyme I use to have and had for about 12 years, the handles rotted from climate change (lol, get it) so, I had to use vice grips to open and close the lids. Well I came up with an ingenious idea and applied Plastidip to the handles of the new one. We will see how this works out.

For the Weber, I used some redneck engineering and wrapped it with a pot holder and then gorilla tape, those new plastic handles get too hot. I know its ugly but it will work.
