    Lazy Crawfish Fettuccini

Just had this at lunch, it was yummy.

    1 can rotel
    1 can cheddar soup
    1 can evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 stick butter
    1 large onion
    1 bell pepper
2 lbs. peeled, cooked crawfish (Or shrimp)

    Start boiling pasta then,
Melt butter and saute onion, bell pepper. After a couple of minutes add crawfish and rotel. Cook for about 5 minutes more.

Any good ideas on boiled crawfish cooking 160lbs sat checking to see if anyone has a different seasoning to put in the water.

          Quick and Easy Crawfish Seasoning

5 boxes Salt (1 pound box)
          20 oz Cayenne Pepper
          10 oz Black Pepper
          5 oz Chili Powder
          5 oz Coarse Garlic Powder

I prefer to use this on the crawfish as they come out of the pot rather than in the water, although if you are cooking vegetables in the same water, you may want to add some to the water also. Dont be afraid to dust crawfish liberally as soon as they come out of the pot. Best to let stand 5 to 10 minutes before eating crawfish. We have a lot of fans for this method here in South LA and well as my family in TX. But each to his own -- there are many good recipes and seasonings including several good commercial ones. Enjoy your boil!

Sounds great, but too much sodium for me.

Easily controled, use low sodium cream of mushroom and switch the cheddar cheese soup for actual cheddar cheese!
