                    Ive been cooking this recipe for about a year now Its one of my favorite dishes I also like to cook it with deer sausage and smoked ham bone hocks

                        Just finished mine for mothers day...
                        did a little different. ...brined beans overnight then put them at 250 in the oven with some homemade beer can chicken carcass broth.
                        Took just under 2hrs....creamiest beans ever had....

                            Bingo!

                            Just finished up a pot. Looks like I'll be eating beans and cornbread all week! Used this recipe as a base and tweaked it a little to my liking. Great stuff!
