    Those aren't authentic kolaches. Kolaches don't have meat. Klobasneks/ klobasnikis do.

      I used to go to the Kolache Kitchen in downtown which I thought was the best. Wish they were still there. Anyone know where their baker went? They had great cinnamon and poppy seed with lots of filling and flavor.

          i've got to agree with you. i tried them on my last trip thru and i am sold. sweet little place to sit and listen to the locals and have a quiet cup of coffee too. nothing like the times square on ny eve that is czech stop.
