You will be missing out my friend...we are not talking about those things you get at the local donut shop. They make sausage variety in west as well...the hot chubby is with no doubt the best.

Yes Czech Stop makes a decent kolache'. Do yourself a favor and go downtown to the Village Bakery. They are the oldest bakery by far the best in West. Been eating them for almost 33 years.

I used to go to the Kolache Kitchen in downtown which I thought was the best. Wish they were still there. Anyone know where their baker went? They had great cinnamon and poppy seed with lots of filling and flavor.

I'm not sure of the name, but it's just around the corner from the Czech stop.
Not as publicized but IMO kicks the crap outta "Ze Czech Stop"!

Next time you go thru west Czech em out.
Go to the stop sign and head towards West.
It's behind sonic next door to the car dealership.

i've got to agree with you. i tried them on my last trip thru and i am sold. sweet little place to sit and listen to the locals and have a quiet cup of coffee too. nothing like the times square on ny eve that is czech stop.

A place that just opened up across the street from my office has the best sausage kolaches Ive ever had. Czech stop in West is hard to beat though

If it wasn't made by my family, The Horak's, I'd go to the Czech stop in West.
