    What’s the deal?

    Y’all ever call a “store” and the “receptionist “ can’t really navigate the system? Or she tells you every times she asks you to “hold please”. Thank you for holding.? Geez I haven’t even holded on and you “thank you for holding”. I was going throw her a curve on “ thank you for holding #4” but I just couldn’t. You would think that some young or old woman could take advantage of this opportunity to answer the phone and direct a call like the old days. I just don’t get it. I suppose it’s a management problem but I see it in a lot of industry...the inability to properly take an incoming phone call. Seems kind of fundamental to me like being at least 2 bullets.....

    Ha! I hear ya. Customer service has slipped for most companies IMO.

    BTW- My family lived and worked a ranch on the Jim Ned for nearly a 100 years. Are you around Echo?
