I am sorry if I overlooked it but what is the policy for guests? If someone wanted to bring a son or father fishing or to sit in a deer stand with them, is that ok? Obviously members have priority for sleeping etc. Beautiful deer and lodge. Looks like an awesome property.Comment

Tildenhunter, This is a family oriented lease so yes you can bring your family and even a friend. Of course if they shoot it comes off your allotment.Comment

There is a creek bottom outside the back high fence for about a mile, there is around 50 acres out there to hunt and neighbors on other side of creek don"t really hunt. You are right, management and trophies and culls also inside the fence and does and hogs outside the fence. there are a handful of hogs inside the fence but we are trying to get rid of them. We will kill some does inside the high fence in a year or two but I want to let the deer heard grow a bit more.Comment
