Any info on this area would help, good or bad. I'm looking at buying around 100 acres off of 180 near Hubbard Creek Reservoir, for investment/hunting property. The property backs up to large ranch and is across county rd. from Hubbard Creek. I plan to hold on to the property for at least 5 years before possibly putting it back on the market. Thanks for any info.

Lots of pigs and decent size deer. It's still dry up in that area. Fawn crop got hurt last few years. Some good dove hunting also.
