Quality repair kit

Guys, during Harvey, got a snag in my good Lacrosse waders. It barely leaks, but obviously want to fix. I am looking for a quality repair kit and have never had any experience patching. If it matters for the type of kit, the waders have the puncture resistant material on top of the neoprene. It was a pretty good snag, so I can't blame the waders. Would have ripped a huge hole if regular neoprene only. If they are all the same, I'll get the cheapest kit I an find. Thanks,

Aqua seal is hard to beat. Use the crap out of it on my Simms

NP1 caulk for roof worked on glueing the sole back on my boots, sticks to just about anything.
