Default South of the Border Sloppy Joes

My brother came up with this creation using ground venison. When I made it I didn't have ground venison, so I used a venison roast. I was very skeptical. This sounded like a man's man meal. But I was pleasantly surprised that I liked it too. Granted, I made a much smaller sandwich than Coach did, and it was plenty filling!

It's good to be back! I have so many unwritten recipes waiting to be shared! Next week's will piggyback off the leftovers from these sandwiches.
