I will be going through the Austin area around 7-8am Saturday morning on my way to Waco. Is Hwy 35 trafffic bad at that time? Would going 130 be the better way to go?

Save yourself the headache and take the toll I hate 35
Also there is an 11 am football game on saturday -
Take 130 because the Longhorns play W Virginia at 11:00 am. Tailgaters and others will be descending on all areas around the Royal Memorial Stadium around the time you would be coming through.Comment

You should be fine to take 35N that early on a Saturday. Yes you might hit a little traffic down town (Cause there always is no matter what) but as long as there is no major accident you will be fine. If you took the toll it's actually a longer trip (mile wise) and would cost you probably close to 10$ if not more.Comment

Toll is the only consistent route.
I drive thru there atleast twice a week in a semi. Shoot me now lol
