Who has the best bbq in Lockhart, Tx???????

I will be passing thru in a couple of weeks & would like some opinions.

Try Blacks or Smittys. You should get several responses to this one but its hard to have bad BBQ in Lockhart and stay open so you should be in good shape.

Chisolm Trail has the best peach cobbler with ice cream!!! Smittys is the best bbq. We try to go every sunday. My lease is about 10 minutes from there.

I used to go to kreutz's years ago. Kreutz used to be awesome -before they moved locations. They are definitely over-rated.
When in Lockhart-Smitty's hands down for me!

Back in the day, Kreutz's was Smittys. Family split up and brother built big new Kreutz's and sister kept the old and named it Smitty's. Both are good, but different styles.
