How do I just buy one if these cattle and have someone else raise it?
That is until I can get my place cattle fence worthy (there are a bunch of spots where there is no fence but only a row a dense shrubs)

Same guy. Johnny Bratton I think holds a wagyu council meeting at his place. Could be wrong though

If you’re buying, I’ll take a few keystones and a ribeye any day.

If I’m buying, it’s keystone and sirloins.

I've never messed with wagyu. But I've heard and read they take longer to finish out versus a normal steer. Say an angus steer is ready at 16-20 months. Wagyu takes 24-28 months. And only a small percentage will be able to sell for good money. Say 80lbs and the other 600lbs will be your normal priced beef.

I ate some from a premium restraint once and at the same time sampled some black angus raised by the same rancher. The Angus had a better flavor, but the wagyu was more tender (cut with a fork)

I'll take the angus any day of the week over the Wagyu!!!!!!

How about Keystones and a Beef Club steak?

Honestly never seen one before except for the butcher shop in Snook, TX before. Same shape as a T bone, price of a sirloin.

All the meat on a wagyu sells at a premium, even the grind. They are making franks out of the cheaper cuts and they are 50-75% higher in price than your regular all beef frank. If you brown wagyu ground and put the fat drippings in a cup it will not solidify. Do that with regular ground beef and see what happens. That is one of their selling points...
