              Cooked beef and chicken fajita meet and then built a pizza. 10 minutes later pulled it out of the Kamado Joe and we tore it down. It was great-but no pictures. Mods, please delete my post now.

                        As per the menu. It was OK not near as good as their pork chop and I consider myself a connoisseur of poke chops

                        Two Cannelloni stuffed with chicken, spinach, sun dried tomatoes, ricotta & mozzarella served on a bed of orzo pasta and topped with our chipotle alfredo sauce.
