Prayers for my son please

Saturday night my son was severely injured when he was thrown from a Polaris Ranger he was riding in. He has a fractured skull and trauma to his brain. We are going on day 4 of no nourishment and if he can't get something to stay down today they will likely put him on a feeding tube.
Today's efforts have been unsuccessful so far so I'm asking all the prayers warriors to hit their knees and give it to God.
