Supreme Court Upholds Trump’s Travel Ban

San Francisco is almost not as liberal as Austin. You’ll find far more conservatives among the freaks in Dallas than you will in Austin.
Not saying that Dallas doesn’t have its fair share. It’s a big city and their all over run with liberal scum.

I am glad it passed but honestly how valid are their rulings overall when it's always split amongst party lines with a 4-5 vote. Remember John Roberts and his antics.
I mean what if they ruled that the 2nd amendment was no longer constitutional would Americans that believe in it accept it as the law of the land all of the sudden?
It's ridiculous that they can read a law and come up with two totally opposite opinions.

There is no way many of these decisions should be anything other than 9-0
Maybe 7-2 If it's a really complicated issue.

Because they let partisan politics cloud their judgement.
If they would just apply the laws and constitution as its written and check their politics at the door like they should the verdicts would be more in unison.
