Garner state park in park or several rv camp grounds around there. Admirality resort in San Antonio has shuttles to and from sea word and fiesta texas.

I just spent two nights at the Dos Rios RV Park just outside of Mason. It is small but right on the Llano River. We booked a cabin so I am not sure what their RV spaces go for.
