One year in the books and my March Madness is over.

Actually tomorrow (within a day or 2) will be one year smoke free.

Also today is the end of my March Madness of no alcohol for the month. No drink since Feb. 28th. Made Bownanza with a taste Friday and Saturday evening of peach shine. And I mean a taste. Not enough to swallow.

Feel better, sleep better, losing a little bit of weight and don't miss it. Might have a drink of whisky next weekend. But might not either... lol

Congrats! You will be so much better off without the smokes. I've cut back to almost zero on my whiskey pops too. Haven't had a six pack of beer this year. Feeling much better myself.
