Quiet so far except for the donkey that thinks it is a rooster... or the rooster that sounds like a donkey. I have heard that thing every morning and evening for who knows how long. Just one of those things you always expect to hear.

Decided to put an arrow into that deer when he gave me a head turned away, 16 yard shot. He lurched a bit and I hit him middle middle. Ran off with the arrow. Heard grunt and some crashing.
