I was going to ask the same thing.

I have bought some stuff from a shop in Arlington called 1 800 Guns and Ammo. Cheesy name but they have decent prices, you can get $15 off for signing up for their points program and they ship pretty fast. They also accept PayPal.

I have also used Optics Planet a lot.

I usually just transfer to my bank then make a purchase using my debit card. You can transfer money from PP via a debit card and have it in your account in just a few minutes.
