Venomous?

My wife’s friend was bitten by this snake this morning at a local park. I don’t know the story, but I’m certain it was an accident (didn’t see the snake) and she wasn’t attempting to handle the snake. I’m not an expert, but I don’t think it was venomous. She’s at the ER being treated (she’s pregnant). Just curious what kind of snake it was? My guess is a banded water snake?
