the best book for building longbows and recurves is that is out there?? The 4 different editions of the bowyers bibles are more along the lines of history; both ancient and early modern and are more reference than building instruction.

Jack Harrison's new book is supposed to be really good and Bingham's is a great source for information. Tradgang and Leatherwall are the two primary message boards. There is enough information there to last you a long time.
