No disregard. I have no idea. They fight with their front feet until they are hard horned

I have sat more this time of year than in years past while hog hunting. I have seen several deer spar at two separate feeders and the deer appeared to be still in velvet. Their horns still made the clacking sound when they were hit together. Anywho, not sure why they are breaking but we had a year like that 7-10 years ago in Haskell county. By end of season they were all busted up or missing a side

        Probably due to global warming!

Global warming made the trees harder.

Maybe they getting tips of horns hung in fence...they are lazy and will try to go under fences when they can.
