    Cracker crusted Rio

    I shot a turkey and decided to "oven fry" it.

    Prep:
    1)debone and cut into strips
    2)season with garlic powder, onion salt, and pepper to taste
    3)place on ziploc
    4)add 1/2cup of red wine vinegar
    5)cover in water and place in fridge for 24 hrs

    Breaking:

    1) pat dry
    2)dredge in flower
    3)run through egg wash
    4) coat in either bread crumbs, or in my case the last thing in the pantry, which was crackers

    Bake:
    Preheat oven to 425
    Cook 10 minutes
    Flip
    Cook another 10 minutes





    I've never eaten wild turkey, and this stuff is amazing!
