easy salsa
4 tomatoes
3 fresh jalapenos
cilantro(as much as you like)
1 onion
11/2 tbs of salt
1/2 tbs black pepper
21/2 tbs minced garlic
Take the tomatoes and cut the stem part out where you have just the part you eat. ( so the top and bottom of tomatoe) If you don't do this they will be to soft to do after they cook Place it on baking pan along with the 3 whole jalopeno's and put in oven on 350 and cook approx. 25 minutes. You will need to flip the tomatoes when the skin starts peeling on them (this process makes them real tender) and flip the jalapenos at the same time.
While thats cooking put your garlic, salt, pepper, cilantro and onion in food processor or blender and blend until its as fine as you want. Take the tomatoes and jalapenos out and cut the stems off jalapenos and put all into the blender. Blend until its like you like it. Makes great cheap hot sauce.

Momma AP's Salsa
For an easy extremely good salsa.....
3 cans of whole tomatos (drained)
1 can of hot or mild rotel (not-drained)
salt
Pour tomatos and rotel into blender. Shake about a tablespoon or so of salt in it. (we never measured the salt)
Mulch er up! Do not liquify.
Eat with chips!
Goes good with beer!Ultramatic Feeders
