    Coral Snake Bite

WOW crazy, I know they are very poisonous but they are docile and run, this guy thought it was a king snake and is now paralyzed and half brain dead if he wasn't before. If you don't know snakes then do not touch them!

Crazy.... How their venom can totally shut down the human body...

Prayers for him and his family

Venom can do some crazy things to people. What might not kill one person might give another person heart failure and drop them dead as a hammer.

If I remember right it bit him more than once, prayers sent for full recovery.

Had a 3ft'er cross the driveway yesterday and was out of sight before I could get to him.

People are always saying they're so doscile but everyone I've Evers seen has tried to escape with a really good bit of speed.

They generally bite multiple times I believe because their fangs are small and they also don’t inject very much venom per bite.

Me and my son found a 30” one in cat spring last weekend.

Some dork at work argued with me that it was a corn snake. I guess he would be the guy that would be playing with the poisonous snake next time.

My understanding is that these bite so rarely that anti venom hasn’t been made in some time and is extremely hard to come by

                        The venom thing makes sense.

it's a neurotoxin, works on the nervous system; other poisonous snakes in the U.S. are pit vipers, and have hemotoxin, which works on the blood and tissue of the victim.
coral snakes have venom similar to a cobra.

We get’em around the house. This is exactly why I have an outdoor cat and a yard cock.
