Well it was a day of close calls. Always waiting on the bigger doe. Had some good bucks on the pen tonight and a big doe but I needed to get out of the pen so I could shoot her. Finally a buck ran her off.

Are those panels for your pen made out of T-posts welded together?

No sir. 1x1.5" tubular welded to panels. Made connectors I drop rod through to hold them together.

All to young. I had two four year olds, three 3year old and several one and two year bucks, two young doe and one huge doe. I could have killed her with my compound but I never picked it up. Had corn between the pen and blind but the bucks kept her away from it. Gonna be tough to shoot the sage in the maverick blind though. Have to can't the bow a bit.
