1. You are nice to me and I take you off THE LIST.
2. You shoot 4 shoots in any region and have the high aggregate score for your class (your best 4 scores in any one region). You can even try in more than one region if you choose.
3. If....No when You win your region
then come to state with your big boy britches on and post a score higher than the other regional winners and the wild card.....THEN I will happily award you a SOY buckle.
