        PM a mod and surely they can give you his complete name. They should be made aware of this anyways as it doesn't sound like a member who is contributing to the Green Screen. I certainly wouldn't want anyone else to have the same dealings with a member like that.

                                I had this happen on a vehicle I sold. I filled out the Texas VTR-346 many months after I sold it with the basic information I had on the buyer. I then contacted the TX Toll people and they took care of it. Good luck
