Thank you all for the kind words and encouragement, to all you others out there serving not only first responders but those of you working for a pension it’ll get here soon enough. And like kuma said earlier find something you love and it was never like work to me even the tough times, I guess that’s y I miss it so.

No I did not ,after the last motorcycle wreck that put me out to pasture,and after being involved in 4 shootings (I was single then) I decided I won’t put my wife and boys thru that kinda stress so I may try being a greeter at Walmart or Costco if I get bored.[emoji1][emoji1][emoji1][emoji1]

I still get that feeling when I hear sirens, other day the wife and I were at a luby’s and 2 officers ran out w/o getting a bite and I started to go outside with them outta habit til my wife said where u going?
