    Anybody firing up the smoker for Easter?

    I am firing up my UDS tomorrow afternoon. Going to smoke a brisket for Easter Sunday.

    Going to try something new for supper tomorrow night: smoked hamburgers.
    Going to mix venison with some ground beef. Gonna smoke at 275 for about 1-1.5hrs.

    Also going to smoke a big pan of baked beans for Saturday and Sunday.

    Anybody do smoked burgers before?

    I’m not a fan of smoked burgers. Our school smokes them for our Halloween Carnival. I prefer direct heat.

              Going to my parents for Easter where the smoke will be rolling.

              I'm firing up the grill shortly for Good Friday grilled tuna and shrimp.

                I'm burning 6 racks of baby backs tomorrow. Sunday will grill Lamb Chops.

                  I’m smoking some spatchcocked chickens and some jalapeño and cheese venison sausage tomorrow. I’m waiting on my brine to cool off before the chickens go swimming overnight!
