I have a 4l80E in mine and I would think its going to take some serious cutting on the tunnel to make it fit .. I have no idea what you are going to do to engine but if its a stock type cam / delete the 60 will be fine .. I make 900 and change currently ..
I have a gen IV 5.3 iron block with all parts I will let go cheap was going to turbo it in my truck but lost interest in truck all together .. I have done a bunch of swaps ..
You listed 4 link are you drag racing and plan on 8 second time slips ?/
A set of caltracs bolted on will do all you need for a mild build.. Not tying to correct you on the build please do not take it that way .
but some parts are cool and some cost a bunch and a 4 link is not going to add much to the build other than spending a ton of money .. I feel the down side of a 4 link of the street is not worth it .. I have had several and its not a super friendly ride and parts wear out often .. Its meant for the drag strip ..

That Nova is a light weight will be a killer project for sure
