When will said reataurant open? Like the one post said let the name give a good clues as to what type food will be served. And please don't go all Southlake fufu just good and simple home style.

If you want a ******* who's driving in the Dallas area wishing he was back home to stop, name it something like Parrains, the Boucherie, Acadienne Seafood House, Rougaroo's..........it'll make him feel at home plus give it some authentic Cajun flair.
