He was not but I did have a Caucasian flick a cigarette butt at my car and hit it in a parking lot as I was walking to it. Before I could get in my car, back out and catch him for littering he was gone.

Not really shot by a gun but I am a LEO and today I was making contact with someone in an apartment complex. As I was driving through the parking lot going to the apartment, I noticed that a middle aged male was sitting on his second floor balcony. When he saw me, he stood up and walked to balcony rail. The unit I was going to was just past his apartment so I pulled into a parking space, got out and did my business. When I came out he was still standing there staring at me.

As I drove away, I was watching him in my side view mirror. He pulled out his hand pistol like a 9 year old and shot at me He wasn't a very good shot.

People can be jerks SMH

Probably has outstanding warrants, run'em!

This is how situations where a possibly innocent person can get shot by a LEO. Once a communities culture has degenerated so far that it is acceptable to make motions towards a LEO indicative of assassinating him/her what is that LEOs mentality now when he enters that community? This POS has now aggravated circumstances as to how a LEO will react when dealing with people in that neighborhood. If this same guy now later gets pulled over when walking home and reaches in his pants to get his ID out of stupidity his chances of getting shot are pretty good. Could be his neighbor too, this POS has stained his entire community.
