The absolutely coolest thing about doing a catalog shoot is meeting a bunch of great people. With the Foxy Huntress team, we spent the entire day shooting pictures for their upcoming catalog.
For you camera nerds like me, the set-up was low-tech...
I used a variety of lenses from 16-35mm zoom, 85mm, and a 70-200mm zoom and employed a single flash shot through an umbrella or a gold reflector to light most of the images.
In all it was a straightforward shoot that yielded some pretty nice results. Thanks to my buddy Tom Drinkwater for all of his help. He generously agreed to help me for the day and was an excellent assistant.
