    Pork Rub Recipes?

Gonna smoke some pork shoulder and some pork belly this weekend for UFC 211/my bday. Anyone have a favorite pork rub recipe they'd like to share or even your favorite store bought rub. Used 2 Gringos Chupacabra last time, it was pretty good but looking for some sweet and heat this time. Let me know what y'all got. Thanks.

Memphis dry rub by a guy named Meathead on the web. I've never found rosemary powder, but just used dry rosemary leaves and it works. Add some cayenne for more heat if you like. My family (including our young kids) really likes this one.

        INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
        3/4 cup white sugar
        1/2 cup paprika
        1/4 cup kosher salt
        1/4 cup garlic powder
        2 tablespoons ground black pepper
        2 tablespoons ground ginger powder
        2 tablespoons onion powder
        2 teaspoons rosemary powder

I like to soak mine in apple juice for a few days, then I use Lantana's and brown sugar.

Great recipe for ribs. Im sure it would be good on pork butts too.

Grub Rub.....can be purchased at Academy, Randalls and some HEBs. It is a brown sugar based rub.

What type of wood are you planning to use on the swine? I use Chupacabra and added a lot of brown sugar.
