DL 78 and 51 can't play the run.
90 is the only impact guy.
LB 50 is old and slow. 54 makes 4-5 good plays a game. Most MLB s make 15
Dibs can't cover man.
Marinelli needs to be the DC and call it. The other guy needs firing. The defense scheme is predictable

The oline got worked today. They looked weak and tired
19 makes a catch and comes off the field. Before he got kinda injured.

People need to come to reality. Every team in the NFL has great players. Dallas players are just like everyone else's. The Cowboys are soft. They are getting beat up in the last 2-3 games. No fight.

The Cowboys are just a dysfunctional organization without the accountability required across the organization to be truly successful. It doesn't matter who the coach is if he doesn't have the authority to make all coaching decisions and hires. And if you are going to have a GM and player personnel manager who are accountable to no one, then they better be the best freakin' GM and player personnel manager's money can buy. Not the owner and his son.

This is just sickening and all firing JG is going to do is start another cycle of looking for the next scapegoat until Jerry decides winning is more important than winning his way. Then we'll probably have the same thing with Stephen Jones.
