Last Sat we lost a good friend. Gabby Sanchez of Angleton and his wife Brittany were ridding their motorcycle outside of Bandera when they were hit by an 18 wheeler and Gabby woke up in the arms of our Lord.
Gabby was a great person, never met a stranger, was bigger than life, and had recently found God and had been sober for 9 years. Gabby had a troubled early adulthood hood but had found Christ and turned his life around. He was doing prison and youth ministry, and God rewarded him with his beautiful wife Brittany and two daughters Morgan and Katty.
He will be forever missed.
Please pray for Brittany. She is in for a long fight. She severed her spine and will be paralyzed from the waste down for the rest of her life. Amazingly when she woke up in the hospital she told her sister that God told her He was not ready for her yet. She also said God is wonderful, Brittany has an amazing spirit.
