    Bermuda Seed for the yard

Do any of you overseed your yards? And if so, when?

We cut a tree down almost a year ago that had some shallow roots. It was sucking away a lot of water and hindering grass growth. The area filled in nicely over the fall, but it definitely has some bare spots. What would y'all do?

    I have a fairly small yard...about 2k sq ft

    Please and thank you.

Rake it up to loosen the soil then cover it with Bermuda seed.
I've got some turf style Bermuda grass that does pretty well

Bermuda should be planted a little later in the spring.... usually late April / Early May.

We stocked the Pennington line of bermuda grass seed last year and had good results with it.

Should be available at feed stores and garden centers in the Denton area.
