Oh that's right, he's going to push that expense off on the states, lol
And the Democrats delivered this FIASCO. So ignoring it isn't the right answer.

Procrastinating about WHAT IF's, isn't the Answer.

Go back to the SOURCE OF THIS ABOMINATION - THE ENGINEER AND CEO OF THIS IDEA.....like the rest of America did at the LOCAL, STATE & FEDERAL ELECTION cycle recently. This Party was kicked out IMMEDIATELY for delivering this FIASCO!

There's a reason why Trump was elected and BLUE turned to RED.

We all understand the DISASTER - WE WANT TO FIX THIS CRAP SO AMERICA CAN FOCUS ON REAL ISSUES - LIKE OUR ECONOMY.

Can't ignore it - the DEMOCRATS PUT IT INTO MOTION.

Fix it and MOVE ON!

Listening to their HYPE - it's not really digging down to the real issue - who sourced this idea and it's overall impact on AMERICA as it IMPLODED.

As is.....that group shouldn't be involved with Engineering Social programs if it requires FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY. Look at California's economic position in comparison to Texas - for example.

The previous Administration dumped two issues on America's lap - ECONOMY compounded with the ACA. They are the source of these issues - and it's been called out for years - this WAS GOING TO HAPPEN.

Trump now is charged with rerighting this sinking Economy - with the ACA tossed on top of it all, as another compounding factor.

Liberals
Spend very conservatively, somehow they brought in record numbers to the treasury and still increased the national debt by 20 trillion dollars and still we have a huge problem with out infrastructure, schools, healthcare

Anyone that has any business sense at all can see Trump is our first real chance at good change in our government. Who did you want to become POTUS? And what exactly did you think that person was going to do to fix things? All you do is bash trump but offer no solutions or really anything at all.

For me, in this speech one moment culminated the entire event and to me out shadowed any other policy matter discussed. Fiscal issues be ****ed, this is what last night was about and to me was very powerful and emotional. Maybe its the veteran in me or how our American values have been shat on for the last 8 years but this still has me somewhat emotional when brought up on the news this morning.

XB, you are correct, he isn't always a "presidential" speaker. He's not a career politician. That's why we elected him.

I would like to remind you XB, libertarian is just another word for socialist. And to me socialism is nothing but robbing from those who work hard to get ahead to give to those who haven't earned it. Which is exactly what the ACA, welfare and other subsidy programs are.

I don't like thieves.
Please explain how Libertarians are just another word for socialism.

Xbowhunter doesn't show the qualities of a Libertarian that I've seen. He shows more of the qualities of a ****** off Dem always trying to throw a sucker punch.

I don't think you can fix the ACA. You cannot indefinitely take from those that do and give it to those that don't. We have to get rid of the welfare state. Period.

XB says live and let live. I disagree. I say if you don't work, you don't eat. Should we care for those who can't? Some. But for those who won't heck no. Let them starve. Let them suffer the consequences of not earning. Insurance for people who pay for it is astronomical because of those who won't.

We need to eliminate the ACA. Part of the savings would come from not having the illegal immigrants getting free care at the county emergency rooms. Let them get that in the country of their origin.

Repeal the ACA, repeal welfare.

Live and let live. Sounds good. If someone wants to live without working that can be their choice. They can live without food and insurance also. They want to live and have babies they can't afford they can deal with that themselves also.

Unemployment needs to be overhauled also. Take away all affirmative action also. Remove the check race box on applications for jobs and schools. We should all be equal.

Obama exploded the deficit, he spent more money than all previous presidents combined!!! He had the stimulus package that had shovel ready jobs to rebuild our infustructure, joke, payback to the unions all that was. In what way have Republicans in Congress forced their moral beliefs on the world?

Please tell me they didn't do something crazy that I missed. Like pass a bill that forces people to buy a product they otherwise wouldn't have purchased in order to provide that product for free or at a lowered cost to others who the government considers less fortunate? Because that would be freaking nuts.

That would be an example of forcing moral beliefs on the country.

Fine speech. I am hoping that he can cut spending of the administrative state and funding other nations. Tired of just sending cash overseas.

I think the congress Repubs will obstruct because of their own financial interests/lobbies.

We need some kind of digital marker, like the first down line in football games or those floating digital sign deals on Nascar showing who is paid by what in Congress. Time for who funds who to be so clear and transparent you cant hide or fault someone for repping something. Every time they talk on TV or in the Congress they have a marker on their head. Hehehe. cracking myself up.

And Term limits.

Oh and more successful business owners need to take pay cuts and run for office.

I had never followed this guy before now, but he called the crash in 2007 and several other things accurately. Despite apparently being a Democrat, he claims he is a realist, not paying much attention to the networks and the press. Iím following how his predictions pan out over 2017. Thought some of you might like to read (it isn't short). Interesting at the very least. Time will tell.

Correct but a Republican controlled congress under Clinton did actually balance the budget with Newt as the speaker of the house.

Otherwise Clinton never would have cared to do so

Please tell me they didn't do something crazy that I missed. Like pass a bill that forces people to buy a product they otherwise wouldn't have purchased in order to provide that product for free or at a lowered cost to others who the government considers less fortunate? Because that would be freaking nuts.

That would be an example of forcing moral beliefs on the country.
