Default Grillin' on the OldSmokey

Grillin' on the OldSmokey
the fire grate hung with the coathanger hooks at 4"
with the bottomless oval pan
it took 10'mins for the GrillGrates to get to 620 after i put the charcoal in the cooker



the grill marks are what GrillGrates are known for

How can you make awesome food on a cheap grill?? I bet you have an old Igloo cooler as well!!! Love those things, can't tell you how many of those lids I use to see coming home from Memorial Day!! Both, Igloo and Old Smokey!! Grill marks look great!
