    What to cook?

    I feel like doing come cooking tonight to bring into work tomorrow.. I am open to ideas.. I will be cooking for about 15 people.. Let the ideas begin .

    Cream cheese and jalapeno stuffed chicken wrapped in bacon, like what some call armadillo eggs. Easy to take to work and very tasty.

            Ladies here like when I make chili and then they bring all the fixings for Frito pies and hotdogs.

            Makes it easy since you can just put it in a crockpot to warm by lunchtime.

              Get 2 # s dried pinto bean add about 6 ounces chili powder , I like adams best,
              When the beans are almost done add chili powder ,can are 2 of rotel tomatos,
              fry a pound of jimmy dean sausage ,pound of ground beef.drain the grease
              add to the beans , bake 4 packages of morrisons tx style corn bread

                            make you a pot of carne guisada, brown the meat in a pot once it's seared on all sides add water then fiesta bolner's carne guisada spice mix and simmer till meat is tender, if you like you can add rotel or some chiles to it while cooking,that mix is pretty fool proof
