Grilled Apple Crown Chicken Skewers

It's what's for dinner.

I used the Crown Shrimp recipe with a few modifications.

1 cup BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup fresh honey
1/2 cup Apple Crown
1/2 tsp resturaunt ground black pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder

Have 13 chicken tenders marinading. Marinading them for an hour while the Skewers soak in water. Gonna place them on the Skewers and will be grilling them in a bit. Gonna use the leftover marinade as a glaze while grilling.

Crown needs to be cut to 1/4 cup. I love it... but kiddo says she doesn't like it. If you like crown go 1/2 cup. Don't like crown or have kids eating go 1/4 cup

Ok, now if found a reason they made apple crown. Maybe I will try some apple R&R.

Turns out the kiddo thought it was really good after she tried it. Mom was the one that didn't like it that much.
