Default another 'what kind of cat is this' thread

while going through my trail cam pics today i came across an interesting sighting. of course, the pixelation makes it hard to tell detail, but the basic outline is there, including a long tail.

I placed images of known creatures in the same/nearby area from the same camera, within a few days of each other.

upper left is coyote.
lower left is fox
lower right is bobcat

the question is - what is the upper right?

the coyote and cat in question are standing in nearly the exact same spot, and the cat is larger, and tail is long. could this be a cougar?

Benbrook Lake hunters beware - oh and there are virtually no deer showing up on cameras this year compared to last - if this is a cougar, that would certainly be a valid reason why the deer just arent there this year

for some reason pic wont post

It is a deer. There is a shadow that looks like a tail, but if you look closer you can see the whitetail.

I agree......looks like a shadow; not a tail.

It's a deer.

If you look at the bobcat pic you can see the image there that you think is the tail in the "big cat/ long tail" pic

I the four pics it looks to me like you need some serious predator control!! I see two coyotes, a bobcat and a cougar unless you got a yote without any hair on its tail.

I'm with him. 1 pic, I can't turn into a coyote no matter how I look at it.

I see 2 deer (one with a branch that makes it look like a tail), 1 yote and 1 bob.

Agree that the "cat with a long tail" is actually a deer next to a branch that looks like a long tail.
